30 DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We believe our fine diamonds and jewelry will exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a thirty (30) day return / exchange offer on all purchases.
To return or exchange an item:
-Call DDCdiamonds customer service at (800) 961 4960 to obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, if you don't already have one.

-Mail the package by Priority Registered Mail. This is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. However, if the value of the items being returned is over $500.00, We suggest sending the package via USPS as FedEx and UPS will not insure goods over $500. For returns of over $500 from outside the US, please contact a 3rd party insurance company to arrange coverage. DDCdiamonds is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

- Print your name and address CLEARLY on the outside of the package in the return area.

CAUTION: You should NOT write, DDCdiamonds as this invites possible theft of the package. Do not indicate jewelry, diamonds or other luxury-related words anywhere on the package for your own security.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

-Returns are easy yet subject to certain rules:

-Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted for refund.

-DDCdiamonds MUST receive the item WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS for there to be a refund.
-Any items received after this period will not be accepted for refund.

-Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged.

-Items damaged due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.

-If your item is a diamond, the original gemological laboratory certificate that was issued with the diamond needs to be returned as well. This is very important. The diamond certificate has a $200 replacement fee. If the certificate is not returned, the cost of replacing it will be charged.

-Upon receiving a gift purchased at DDCdiamonds and you wish to return it, please mention the authorization number on the DDCdiamonds address label's. As with any purchase, the gift recipient can return the item for exchange. However, if you wish to return the gift for a refund, please note that the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser and not the recipient's. We do not offer Gift Certificates at this time.

NOTE

Custom or special orders, personalized and engraved items cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of DDCdiamonds. 

DDCdiamonds will refund the full cost of the item EXCLUDING shipping, handling and insurance charges. DDCdiamonds will refund shipping and handling costs only if the return is a result of DDCdiamonds' error. Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase. All requests will be processed after our laboratory inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
